LA Recovery Connect (LARC) is a thriving Recovery Community Organization (RCO) in South LA that provides a residence for under-resourced women and supportive services for all individuals in recovery from substance use disorder.

LARC Community Members share on the value of Grief Support.

LARC is the grateful recipient of the Nonprofit Sustainability Intiative’s (NSI) Exploratory Grant allowing us to pursue more grief support to our community.

The funds allow us to explore a partnership with The Happier Life Project (a fellow RCO) and grief support providers Sheila Scott & Pattie Vargas to create Grief Workshops. During these sessions those bereaved by a loss related to substance will be given support to process their grief.

We hope you’ll consider donating a tax deductible gift to LARC!

Your donation helps us continue our Recovery Housing for Women, Recovery Coaching, and Grief Workshops for under-resourced individuals maintaining their recovery from Substance Use Disorder.

Whether you’re able to contribute monthly, one time, a little or a lot, your donation makes a significant impact on the lives of under-resourced individuals in recovery.

Our 3rd Annual LARC LIFE Extravaganza!

Thank you to everyone who came out for our joyous celebration to wrap out Recovery Month. We mingled, sipped lattes, ate delicious foods, posed for portraits, and shared our stories as a community of individuals grateful for all things RECOVERY.

A huge thanks to all of our volunteers for zhuzhing, organizing, setting up and breaking down– with smiles on your faces.

Please email Tyler@larecoveryconnect.org if you have any questions about your portraits.

Check out more photos from the event here.

LARC's Impact
Since opening our doors in 2021, LARC has had the honor of being of service to under-resourced people in recovery in South Los Angeles.
